250BHN plates and sheets are produced using low-carbon alloy steel with high strength and wear resistance. The composition consists of carbon (0.10-0.25%), manganese (0.50-1.50%), silicon (≤0.40%), and traces of chromium, nickel, and molybdenum for added durability. The plates have a Brinell Hardness Number (BHN) of 250, tensile strength of 550-700 MPa, and yield strength of 300 MPa, with good elongation (≥18%) and impact resistance. Their statically balanced mechanical characteristics render them perfect for heavy-duty, construction, and mining applications, providing long-lasting and reliable performance in challenging conditions.
